This Privacy Policy describes how Reconly ("we", "us", or "our"), developed by Apex Digital, collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Reconly mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

• Account information (display name, email address) when you create an account
• Profile data (weight, height, experience level, preferred units)
• Dose logs and tracking data you enter manually
• Feedback and messages you submit through the app
• Poll responses and compound ratings

Information collected automatically:

• App open counts and basic usage patterns (stored locally)
• Device type and operating system version
• Crash reports and performance data

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the App's features
• To sync your data across devices when you are signed in
• To display community poll results and compound ratings
• To respond to feedback and support requests
• To improve the App based on usage patterns

3. Data Storage

Most of your personal data (dose logs, bookmarks, preferences) is stored locally on your device using your device's local storage. If you create an account and sign in, your profile data and certain preferences are synced to our secure backend (Supabase) to allow access across devices.

We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

4. Third-Party Services

Reconly uses the following third-party services:

• Supabase — backend database and authentication. Data is stored on Supabase's servers. See Supabase Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

5. Health & Research Data

Reconly is a research reference tool. Any dose tracking or health-related data you enter is stored solely for your personal reference and is not shared with third parties, healthcare providers, or any other entity without your explicit consent.

We strongly encourage you to consult a licensed medical professional before using any research compounds. Reconly does not provide medical advice.

6. Children's Privacy

Reconly is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

7. Your Rights

You may at any time:

• Delete your local data via Settings → Danger Zone → Reset All Data
• Request deletion of your account and associated server-side data by contacting us
• Export your dose log as a CSV via Settings → Export CSV

8. Data Retention

Local data is retained on your device until you delete the app or reset your data. Server-side data associated with your account is retained until you request deletion.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
