These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Reconly mobile application ("App"), developed and operated by Apex Digital ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Reconly. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Research & Educational Use Only

Reconly provides information about peptides and research compounds for educational and informational purposes only. The App:

• Does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations
• Is not a substitute for professional medical consultation
• Does not endorse, promote, or encourage the use of any compounds
• Does not facilitate the purchase or sale of any substances

You acknowledge that all content in Reconly is for research reference only and that you use any information at your own risk.

3. Regulatory Compliance

The legal status of research compounds varies by country, state, and jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to understand and comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your location. Reconly does not provide legal advice and makes no representations about the legality of any compound in your jurisdiction.

4. User Accounts

You may create an account to sync data across devices. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate information when creating your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Pricing

Reconly is currently free to use. All features are available at no cost. If this changes in the future, this section will be updated and users will be notified before any charges apply.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
• Use the App to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its backend systems
• Misuse community features (polls, ratings, feedback) with false or misleading information

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and data within Reconly is owned by Apex Digital or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY CONTENT IN THE APP.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APEX DIGITAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO HEALTH OUTCOMES, FINANCIAL LOSSES, OR DATA LOSS.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Apex Digital and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
